A great deck with a spacious 36' x 14' pool and tiled outdoor whirlpool spa

offer dramatic views of the secluded bay, sailing yachts and passing cruise ships in the distance. The private 800 foot pebble beach promises hours of relaxed sun worshipping, swimming and exploring — including some of the best diving and snorkeling on St. John just off-shore at Dever's Reef.

The air-conditioned Great Room is furnished in stylish and comfortable island chic. The entertainment center includes TV, VCR, DVD Player, Cable, Stereo, Tape Deck and CD Player, along with assorted games, movies and books for your pleasure.

Enjoy air-conditioned dining indoors at the glass-topped table that seats 8, or enjoy dining al fresco by candlelight under the shimmering stars. The kitchen has many amenities to make cooking and dining a pleasure, including a blender, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, dishwasher and trash compactor.

The two Master Suites both have air conditioning, ceiling fans, and private open-air garden showers.

The Pineapple Suite has a soft chenille duvet atop a comfortable King size bed, a vanity area, and large storage closets.

Taking a walk down a tropical plant lined stone walkway, you'll soon find yourself at the Beach Cottage that's literally on the beach.
The Beach Cottage is home to two quaint bedrooms (each with a separate entrance off the main beachside deck), both with air-conditioning, mini-refrigerator and TV.

The Hibiscus Cottage has recently been remodeled into a private apartment that also doubles as a fifth bedroom.
The Hibiscus Cottage entrance is a cute Caribbean-style arched wooden doorway that can be propped open to reveal a sliding screen door that lets the cool Caribbean breezes in.

Both cottages also have private tiled bathrooms and showers, and are a great place to nap, read or just hang out. One bedroom has a Queen size bed and the other has two twin beds - perfect for kids!

Each cottage also enjoys air conditioning, TV, cable, and VCRs for individual comfort and convenience

Nestled in quiet Dever's Bay on the Southwest shore of beautiful St. John, USVI, Vida de Mar is the perfect spot for a fabulous Virgin Islands vacation.
