The pool measures 35' x 12' with a spa in the corner and a poolside outdoor shower. The large tiled outdoor deck has very private spaces for you to enjoy the sun. The outdoor dining area includes teak furniture and a gourmet gas grill. Whether it is morning or afternoon, there are always both sunny and shady areas on the deck where you can stretch out on the beautiful teak lounges.
Here you can enjoy the trade winds, swim a few laps or enjoy the sweeping gardens of jasmine, ginger, bougainvillea, frangipani, palms and more. At night you can rest under the stars and watch the cruise ships pass in the distance. This is a peaceful place. All 3 private bedrooms have en suite baths, air-conditioning, lots of windows and grand views. All three en suite baths have double sink vanities, walk-in showers and double mahogany closets.
The queen-size master bedroom is bright and breezy with an expansive view of Klein Bay that you can experience right from the bed. French doors open directly on to the poolside deck. The large shower in the master bath has two showerheads and it even has a view.
A second queen bedroom is west of the pool and the outdoor dining area. The third bedroom, a king (or twins), is on the second floor above it. This bedroom has its own circular deck area.
The open-air gazebo is a haven where you can enjoy total privacy any time of the day or night. The view is of nature only. The beach below has excellent snorkeling on either side of the protected bay where the rocks and coral reefs harbor a colorful and diverse community of fish. As you move between the reefs and the sea grass, even beginners are likely to see turtles, rays and squid. Latitude is located in a quiet neighborhood with full-time residents and other vacation homes.
