Hart Bay RENDEZVIEW Villa - Located on the southwest end of Hart Bay, this beachfront villa is a perfect villa for newlyweds, families and small groups. Convenient to the main town of Cruz Bay, shopping, dining and the famous North Shore beaches of the National Parks, this 4 bedroom 3 1/2 bath villa located on Hart Bay beach offers a combination of sophistication and romantic tropical charm.

The Main great room is composed of the comfortable living area, featuring a Seagrass loveseat with two large chairs and glass top coffee table.  Two plantation style sitting chairs with mahogany accents table to give you plenty of seating for watching tv or the fabulous ocean views of the south to St. Croix and east to Ram's head and the vast Caribbean Sea.  The large mahogany armoire contains all the electronics for your viewing and listening pleasure: TV with Cable, VCR, stereo and CD player (with indoor/outdoor speakers)

The formal mahogany dining table with seating for eight and a large mahogany buffet complete this pleasurable dining experience.

The beautiful gourmet kitchen features corian countertops, mahogany cabines, and ocean-view cooking. Included are refrigerator, gas top range and oven, dishwasher, microwave, and additional gourmet amenities.  Ideal for the gourmet chef.  Are are encompassed within the Great Room area making it perfect to enjoy everyone's company while cooking, eating or relaxing.

	The two air conditioned king master suites on the main level feature large spacious showers with coral stone accent walls.
Both suites have sliding glass doors that open up to the outside deck to enjoy the fabulous down island views.

The lower level contains two guest suites both with air conditioning and half bath, each with private entrance to the shared shower.

  The North Suite has two twin beds that can easily be converted to a king.  Cottage style white wicker headboards with matching night stands and dresser complete this suite.

Plenty of deck space, large pool and views to enjoy as well as Hart Bay beach below.

 Hart bay beach is good for beachcombing, swimming and snorkeling.   From RendezView villa walk down the driveway and natural path to the beach - it's approx. 5 minutes to the beach!

 All homes are fully equipped and are cleaned and ready for you. You will be met on arrival and escorted to your vacation home.
An 8% Island tax and a security deposit is added to the above rates.
